What is the Leadership Canvas?

It's a whole-person leadership assessment. Twenty-four competencies are mapped onto the four forces every leader balances: People and Performance, Principle and Progress. Strengths, blind spots and over-used muscles then show up in one clear picture, for each leader and for the team as a whole.

Who is it for?

L&D and HR teams running leadership programmes, intact leadership teams who want a shared language, and individual leaders who want an honest mirror. Facilitators get a workspace to run cohorts; leaders get a private canvas of their own.

How long does it take to complete?

About fifteen minutes, on any device. Progress saves automatically, so leaders can pause and pick up where they left off.

How does the 360 work, and is it anonymous?

Each leader invites peers, managers and reports to reflect on how they experience their leadership. Responses are anonymous and only unlock once enough people have replied, so the feedback is safe to give and safe to receive.

Is our data private and secure?

Individual results stay private to each leader; only the anonymous collective is shared with facilitators. Data is hosted in the EU with row-level isolation and is GDPR-aligned. SOC 2 is in progress.

Which languages are supported?

The full assessment, canvas and emails are available in English, Dutch and German, set per cohort.

How do you measure growth over time?

You set the moments that fit your programme: a baseline, a mid-programme check-in, and a closing assessment. Leaders re-take the canvas as they go, and the shift animates across the timeline, with a fresh 360 at the close.
