In this training, you will learn how to provide constructive and respectful feedback, as well as how to remain open to receiving it from others. This leads to improved work relationships, greater trust, and a more positive environment. The training addresses common challenges and equips you with practical techniques, to effectively deliver feedback. By practicing feedback conversations, you will gain immediate insights into what works and how to communicate your message more effectively. These skills are not only valuable in professional settings but also applicable to personal interactions. 
Many participants experience challenges when giving feedback. Some avoid difficult conversations out of fear of confrontation, while others struggle to articulate their thoughts or emotions clearly. This often results in unaddressed frustrations and missed opportunities for growth. 
By the end of the training, participants will have mastered techniques for effectively giving and receiving feedback. They will communicate with clarity and respect, fostering positive behavioral changes in themselves and others. Participants will also feel more confident when addressing challenging conversations.

This innovative training is designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and tools to master the art of giving and receiving feedback. Participants bring their own feedback scenarios to the training, allowing for practical and relevant learning.  It combines theoretical knowledge, experiential learning, and adaptive technologies to create a highly engaging and transformative experience. 

The training spans one and a half day, with a combination of an online kick-off session, a half day live training, a half day online training, and workplace assignments to ensure practical application. Participants will also have a structured follow-up to integrate feedback into the participants’ everyday work for long-term behavior change.
