  • At least 3 years of experience as facilitators or L&D specialists
  • Recognized training or certification (e.g. TLC, Post-HBO Trainer, ICF, NOBCO)
  • Experience in designing and guiding in-company learning journeys
  • Affinity with the target group and sector
  • Reflective ability and a collaborative, professional mindset
