Overview

Do you often find yourself just "working along" without getting a real grip on the project results? This training teaches you how to collaborate more effectively in project teams, clearly define your role, and visibly contribute to both the process and the outcome. Move from vague agreements to clear direction, structure, and ownership. You will learn how to operate as a project professional within a team, with focus, overview and confidence.
