Who is this for?

Leaders, team coaches and L&D teams who want development to reach the whole team. It works for an intact leadership team or a cohort drawn from across the business.

What's actually involved, week to week?

Seven live days across six months. An I Commit project, accountability coaching, peer groups, buddy trios and platform-based practice run throughout.

Where does the science come from?

Needs Driven Leadership was built with Professor Hannes Leroy of Erasmus University, drawing on more than a century of leadership research, connecting models like transformational, servant, transactional, authentic and situational leadership around four human needs.

Do we have to drop what our leaders already learned?

No. Needs Driven Leadership gives each existing model a place on the compass, so earlier training keeps its relevance.

How do you know it's actually working?

We establish a baseline before the journey, track transfer through project milestones, coaching and peer feedback, then repeat the measures at the end. A 360 can be included at both points.

What languages do you run this in?

The diagnostic and platform run in English, Dutch and German. The program itself runs in English or Dutch.

Where do we start?

Try the free diagnostic to see the model in action, or book an intro call. We'll shape a journey around your people, your sector and your scale, and talk through timing and investment.

What do you want leadership to change?

In the team. In the work. In the evidence.
