AI Leadership
for Every Level

Three tracks that build the critical thinking, professional judgment, and change leadership your organization needs to lead through AI — from individual contributor to the boardroom.

3 tracks by role
6–8 weeks blended
2 F2F days per track

AI is transforming work. The question is: are your people ready?

AI-ready teams don't just use tools — they think critically, decide wisely, and lead change. Without that foundation, AI amplifies speed but not judgment. That's the risk your organisation carries.

Wake Up. Grow Up. Show Up.

All three tracks follow the same phased architecture — adapted to each audience’s depth and scope.

1
Wake Up
Week 1–2 · F2F Day 1 + online

Awareness, mapping, and professional foundation. Participants confront the reality of their work, their team, or their organization in the context of AI — and establish a baseline.

2
Grow Up
Week 3–5 · F2F Day 2 + practice

Skills in action. Intensive practice of critical thinking, communication, collaboration, coaching, or strategic decision-making — depending on the track.

3
Show Up
Week 6–8 · Application + reflection

Application and ownership. Participants execute their plans in real work, anchor new behaviors, and build systems that sustain growth as AI continues to evolve.

How we design differently

Person-centered, not tool-centered

This is a human development program in an AI context. We develop the person — their judgment, their standards, their professional identity.

Practice over theory

Participants work on real tasks from their own work. Knowledge is delivered online; classroom time is for skills and behavior change.

Professional identity at the core

AI changes what professionals do, not who they are. We help people strengthen what makes them irreplaceable.

Iterative by design

Not a one-time event. Participants build a practice of continuously mapping new AI capabilities to their work and growing with the technology.

Our vision
When human creativity meets AI literacy, teams can innovate faster, solve problems smarter, and turn insights into impact.
— Camiel Gielkens, CEO, Schouten Company
