AI is changing work fast. Make it your team's advantage.

As machines get better at being machines, your people need to get better at being human. That is where we start. They see the potential in AI. What they need is a responsible, durable way to bring it into daily work, with teams that learn, experiment, reflect and build new ways of working together. That is what an AI Capability Journey does.

Built for every level

Each level gets the AI capability that fits their role, their decisions and their daily reality. Never one size fits all.

Fits how people work

A blended journey with real human facilitation and digital learning, in the rhythm of how your teams already work.

People first, technology second

We develop what AI can't replace: human judgment, responsibility and leadership. And the confidence to use AI well.

An AI coach and a human one

Real coaches bring the warmth, context and challenge. The AI coach is there on demand. People experience human and AI working together.

“When human creativity meets AI literacy, teams can innovate faster, solve problems smarter, and turn insights into impact.”
Camiel Gielkens CEO, Relevance Learning · stats: WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025

Inside the AI Capability program

A blended, social journey. Everyone gets what they need, in the moment they need it. Short Sprints, real team reflection, and a personal AI coach that turns insight into how you actually work.

Learning Sprints

Short, practical modules in the flow of work. A spark to watch, then reflection, action and team discussion that turns it into new behavior.

The Learning Loop

Learn, reflect, apply, repeat. Every Sprint turns new learning into new behavior and new ways of working, with your team.

Team & social learning

Everyone learns together, leader included, then agrees how the team will work.

Built to recognized standards

Mapped to the public AI-literacy frameworks, so capability can be evidenced.

Practice in real work

Between Sprints, teams apply the new way of working to live tasks, then bring it back to reflect.

  • Apply to a real, recurring task
  • Capture what changed
  • Agree the new standard as a team

Four tracks, one for every role

Our 14 AI Learning Sprints fall into four clear audiences. Leaders learn with their team and own the agreements; executives and change owners build on top. Every track builds the human skills AI can't replace alongside the AI ones. Curiosity, judgment, collaboration, integrity.

Without a shared accountability rhythm, any track becomes just another e-learning with little impact. By treating participants as a learning team, you build shared ownership, a common language and a direct line from learning to behavior.

Learn. Reflect. Apply. Together.

Every Sprint sits inside a Learning Loop. The team builds new ways of working together and chooses where to grow next. The curiosity keeps going, and learning becomes the way you work.

1
Virtual kickoffA live session sets up the journey and how to get the most from each Sprint.
2
Self-paced SprintEach member runs the same 30 to 50 min Sprint in their own time, leader included.
3
Reflection sessionThe team turns insight into concrete behavior and process agreements.
4
Next cycleThe team chooses where to grow next. The curiosity, and the learning, keep going.
5
Impact & anchoringA closing live session reviews what changed and embeds the new ways of working.

Optional: add expert-led or face-to-face sessions wherever you want more depth.

Meet your AI Learning Coach.

Your AI coach prepares people for the human sessions. Available anytime, it is a safe space to practice, reflect and turn up sharper and more confident. Human time then goes to what people do best. Challenge, connect, inspire.

  • Practice without pressureRehearse a conversation or test your thinking, with nothing at stake.
  • Reflect and consolidateMake sense of what you just learned, in your own words.
  • Arrive sharperTurn up to the human session with better questions and more confidence.
Why this works (the research)

Capability is built or lost in the moments between sessions, when people reflect, practice and apply (Broad & Newstrom, 1992; Saks & Belcourt, 2006). An AI coach fits those moments: on demand, patient, and free of the social pressure that makes practice feel risky. That low-stakes, high-frequency retrieval practice is one of the best-supported ways to deepen retention (Roediger & Karpicke, 2006). And it makes the human sessions count: people arrive having already wrestled with the idea, with sharper questions.

Same structure. Your team's tempo.

Choose the rhythm that fits your team. Speed up or slow down at any time, the structure holds.

Example: the Team Track (2 Sprints). Same structure, half the calendar — speed up or slow down anytime.
