You are able to independently generate sales and leads. You are able to follow up leads from international sales, developing action plans and turn them to contracts. Together with colleagues you manage the programs and develop customer relationships.
Your heart also lies in advising, training and guiding organizations, groups and individuals. You support your specialized colleagues in writing project proposals on both a substantive and commercial level and you present them to the client. In addition, innovation plays an important role. You make an important contribution to the innovation of our development offer and interventions.
- Advising, guiding and independently executing development programs for our customers;
- Additional sales based on training performed / internal customer dynamics and knowledge of standardized customization & generic product range;
- Responsible for the quality of the implementation of the development processes by directing the correct deployment of trainers, co-trainers and study materials among other things.
- Acting as a substantive sparring partner for clients in custom questions, supporting them in the embedding and transfer of learning and new behavior;
- Developing and writing action plans, advice customers (content and commercial), pitch these online and further develop these with the customer.
You have a Master degree, preferably in Social or Business science. You are people oriented. you have at least 5 years of consultancy experience (with regard to Learning & Development programs). You have experience in working with multinational companies and you feel at ease working in a multi-cultural environment. International experience is not a prerequisite, but it is definitely a plus.
You have excellent skills in both written and spoken English and Dutch and are truly bilingual. You are a true team player and have experience in developing custom programs. You combine content, commerce and innovation and think in terms of opportunities and act accordingly. Good social, management and communication skills, decisiveness, tact, healthy curiosity and patience.
Furthermore you are skilled, can think conceptually and business-wise and act commercially. You are good at networking and have a strong ability to adapt. You are able to get a clear view on problems and situations by looking at them from a different level of abstraction. You have your own ideas on further development in your field of expertise and are willing to contribute to this development.
