Scan

Our Future Skills program has proven successful at developing the right skills among employees. The program starts with a science-based scan which we developed ourselves. This scan reveals the extent to which employees already have the skills they need. Based on the findings of the scan, we work with you to develop an action plan and create your development program. This ensures that the program is a perfect match for the development you are trying to achieve.

Development program

The development program lasts for 3 months and consists of 4 interactive bootcamps with a wide range of interventions, as well as an online learning platform with various e-learning modules.

We design the interactive bootcamps to cater specifically to the challenges you are facing as an organization. During the bootcamps, we form multidisciplinary teams that work together to find solutions to these challenges. This requires for all participants to apply new skills. In addition to developing new skills, we also work on finding solutions to overcome existing challenges. This makes the program not only highly effective, but also an excellent return on investment.

Throughout the program, all participants have access to an online learning environment where they can continually develop specific new skills through e-learning modules, online assignments, videos, questionnaires, podcasts, whitepapers and many other online tools. To accelerate the learning process, participants also have the option of taking part in personalized (e-)coaching.

We strongly believe that managers play a vital role in creating a culture of innovation and change. Throughout the program, we organize masterclasses that are specially developed for managers, teaching them how to promote and handle change and innovation.

Learning director

The program is guided by a learning director who oversees the learning process, monitors progress and serves as a single point of contact, directing all participants in their personal development.
