While one employee may prefer to work from home, another may prefer spending the entire day with their colleagues, or maybe switching back and forth. Time to make some clear agreements about collaboration and to strengthen the bond and engagement of your team. This short training is an ideal way to define the new way of working that fits best with your team or organization.

After completing the training, you’ll know what everyone needs when it comes to hybrid learning and you will have reached agreements on how you want to work going forward. You will have a better understanding of how to support one another and to carry on as a united and highly motivated team.

Overview

2 half days, with approximately one week in between
First half day: online meeting
Second half day: face-to-face meeting with an actor
6 - 12 participants per workshop

Methodology

The training is interactive and hands-on, with lots of variety. Depending on your wishes, we can organize one session face-to-face and one session online. The workshop incorporates many fun, playful activities, group discussions, practical tips and exercises.
