What kind of results do the programs report?
Results are reported per program, in the organization's own numbers. Noordwest Hospital Group saw 16 of 30 participants move into new roles, ten of them managerial. VodafoneZiggo measured a two-point average gain in feedback skills across more than 150 teams. KPN trained 180 managers in conversation skills; a year on, Customer Support reported 2% lower absenteeism. OSRAM's Essentials of Leadership reached more than 500 managers on three continents and won an ATD award. Fugro's U.Gro was named Graduate Programme of the Year 2024.
How are the programs delivered?
Most programs are blended learning journeys: virtual classroom sessions and face-to-face training days, an online learning platform for theory and practice in between, and peer coaching or intervision so that people learn from each other's cases. Depending on the goal they add one-on-one coaching, mentoring, practice with professional actors, assessments and scans, internship days, deep dives and business challenges. Programs run in the local language with local facilitators, including in Dutch and Papiamentu in the Caribbean.
Can one program run in several countries at the same time?
Yes. Fugro's U.Gro brings participants from 60 countries and every time zone into one 12-month journey. Infineon runs one leadership framework across three leadership levels worldwide. OSRAM's program ran in Europe, Asia/Pacific and the Americas. Local project managers plan and run every country, and local facilitators deliver in the participants' language.
